This framework, developed by Reid and colleagues in collaboration with the Ontario SPOR Support Unit (OSSU), describes the ways that research and healthcare operations are linked and enacted within a learning health system approach to advance population health and health equity. This framework can aid health system leaders and researchers implement a learning health system approach.
