The journey to a learning health system in primary care: a qualitative case study utilising an embedded research approach

This study explores the development of a learning health system within a university-based primary care practice. Using an embedded research approach, researchers conducted in-depth interviews with staff to understand the challenges and opportunities in transforming the practice into a learning organization that continuously improves patient care through data-driven decision making and knowledge sharing.
